Hopburgh Schwarzbier is a finely crafted black lager, brewed in Smithfield with a blend of pale and roasted malts supported by traditional hop varieties. It is created through a slow, cool fermentation followed by a minimum of six weeks cold conditioning, giving it a balanced body, natural carbonation, and a depth of flavour that sets it apart.
