A classic oxidative white wine or ‘vin jaune’ of the Jura, aged ‘sous-voile’ (under a protective ‘veil’ of flor yeast) in oak barrels for 33 months, without topping up the barrels. Bruised green apple, fenugreek, maple, ripe citrus and an incredibly long finish.
