A light and juicy, unfiltered and minimal intervention red that is best enjoyed chilled. Partial carbonic maceration in whole bunches makes the wine extremely lively, fruity and playful, with sour cherry, cranberry and forest fruit notes complemented by delicate spices and fresh acidity, finishing dry. Biodynamic farming, spontaneous fermentation, and aged in large foudres.
