Clos des Vignes du Maynes, Macon Rouge Cuvee 910

The palate is light but loaded with ripe, pure berries supported by citrusy acids. Crisp, refreshing and very mouthwatering, with subtle notes of hibiscus tea and tart berries, beautifully perfumed. A blend of Gamay, Pinot noir, and Chardonnay, these three varietals are then vinified together. Fermentation is instigated only by indigenous yeasts. This cuvée is juicy and flavourful with a very pleasant wave of lightness.
