Apricot liqueur made by Jean-Marc Roulot of Meursault fame. Made from organically certified Bergeron apricots, carefully sourced from the orchards of Laurent Combier in the Rhône Valley. Each fruit is pitted and then infused for several months in a neutral alcohol, thus preserving all the purity and intensity of its aromas. With a balanced composition – 25% alcohol and only 160g/L of sugar – this liqueur reveals a beautiful tangy freshness and exceptional aromatic richness.
