Oronce de Beler operates a negociant business in the Burgundian village of Nuits St Georges. His first vintage was in 2005. He favours biodynamically grown grapes and works closely with his growers and makes the wine using very low sulphur additions, ages the wine in used oak for 12 months and manually bottles his 'natural' wines without fining or filtration.
