A spontaneous ferment of grapes grown in a loam and chalky soil. Aged in used wooden barrels and clay amphoras, unfiltered and no added sulphur.

Agile, light-hearted and vibrant. Combines juicy, yellow fruit with herbal aromas and chalky notes. Elegant and fresh with delicate tannin structure, compact texture and vital, fruity finish.
